karasuno ━━

sugawara koshi; i definitely think he's so in tune with you, and your emotions. he learns your cues very well, and knows every little thing about you that there is to learn. if you're having a bad day, he'll notice right away. he won't comment on it though. all he'll do is these little things to try to cheer you up, but it's going to be very subtle. he'll let u rest ur head on his shoulder, run his fingers through ur hair. he'll sneakily buy u ur favorite snack. doesn't bring anything up until you do. ends the day with cuddles and a chick flick.

sawamura daichi; he notices but he doesn't really know how to react. not because he doesn't know what to do, but because he doesn't want to trigger you or deepen your sadness in any way. he's very careful with you. if it's something throughout the day, he's very quiet and tender with you, just silently lets you rest your head against his chest and rubs your back/arm tenderly. as you're walking home he asks if you want to talk about it, and reminds you that it's good to, but it's also okay if you don't want to.

nishinoya yuu; not a single sad moment with mr noya here. seriously you cannot breathe. ok but in all honesty, when you're sad. he's sad. sends you memes, and you'll be laughing at them with tears streaming down your face because you don't really know what you're feeling anymore. he does a lot of tiktok trends with you, any of the couple ones. grabs your faces and ,,, smooch all over. until you have no choice but to laugh. if you want to cry even more, he'll watch the notebook and the vow a thousand times over, and be a sobbing mess next to you. just don't tell the guys okay? <3

kageyama tobio; he's so.   bad. at this please help him. like he can tell ur sad, bc he's v good at reading people. but like. what the fuck is he supposed to do. anyways. when u two get to be alone and he kinda notices how quiet you are, he just nudges you slightly, and pulls you to him. it's easier to talk to you, he's calmer, when he can't directly look at you. when he feels you start to shake in his arms, feels the wet tears down your cheeks as you start to sob in his arms, his heart kinda breaks. all he can do is hold you, but it's what you need. and he'll listen too, if that's what you need as well.

tsukishima kei; i think he notices, but doesn't bring it up at all. the way he goes about it is he'll tease you to try and bring a smile on your face. because this is tsukki, and you know him well enough, you know the truth behind his jabs, enough to appreciate them. if it doesn't work, he'll just start to make fun of people in front of you, pointing random people out with you and just being like "wanna bet on what's making their relationship fall apart" this sadist i stg. like suga, he subtly makes you feel better until you yourself approach him about whatever's upsetting. actually gives 10/10 advice bc he's v honest.

asahi azumane; he's so empathetic oh my god bruh. notices immediately. "baby what's got u so upset" w a big pout on his face and when u just mumble "nothin" so low he barely catches it and instead throw yourself into his arms, he gives you a big, certified asahi bear hug. doesn't leave your side at all. constantly mutters sweet nothings and encouragements. if you do the bare minimum like make it through class he'll meet you after and be all "im so proud of my pretty baby". cuddles all day. all night. he's not very good at advice but he is the best listener !!! so attentive and you'll feel a huge weight lifted.

tanaka ryunosuke; "aight who do i need to jump" type beat. u love him so much though. that one sentence and sentiment already has you feeling better. immediately hugs you so tight, borderline suffocating you. "wanna ditch school". 100% willing to do so. he doesn't really know whether to approach it with distracting you or facing the obstacle head-on, but he finds a middle ground. eats your feelings out with you. saeko pulls out the embarrassing ryu pictures and suddenly you don't know why you were ever sad.

hinata shoyo; is really oblivious for a bit tbh. when he first meets you at the start of the day and his hyperactive self is greeted by your duller, sadder self, he doesn't think much of it. it's when you don't react to him or interact with him the way you usually would that he starts to notice you being off. he's actually super straightforward about it, and approaches you with some of your favorite snack that he bribed ukai to give him for free and just "wanna tell me whats up, baby?" he's so, so easy to talk to. immediately you're venting. and he listens to intently, gives stupidly good advice. it's like such simple approaches to your problem but?? it works. anyways you love him.

yamaguchi tadashi; will be super worried about what he could do to make it better, and kinda just tries to feed you as much positive energy as he can. once he's comfortable with people, he becomes really chatty, so i see him talking your ear off with the biggest smile on his face that you have no choice but to kind of ? mimic it? he just radiates goodness and sweetness that it shifts your own energy. he on some witchcraft shit on god. anyways when he walks you home or something, he'll just stop for a min and avoid your eyes when he says "ik u dont feel the best, but i dont want you to have to hide that from me, okay?" stan tadashi <3

nekoma ━━

kuroo tetsurō; drops everything. i mean it. i genuinely think kuroo would be such a good boyfriend that he'll sense it and text u as ur getting ready for school and be like "are u sad i feel like ur sad". you dont really wanna worry him and you'll just reassure him ur fine but he's already at your front door in — not his school uniform. insists the two of you take the day off saying "its fine babe im super smart". you two will spend the whole day just simply existing, talking when needed, he listens to you if you vent, and tries to come up with as many options of solutions for you so you don't feel weighed down. he'll make sure you eat even if you don't have an appetite, and will try to make u do something productive bc in a lotta cases, it could help you feel a lil better yk :)

kozume kenma; i pretend i do not see it — kozume kenma (2020). jbwjwks im jk. he's like tsukki in the sense that he will never address it, and he doesn't outwardly approach you about it. if it's just an off day for you, and you also happen to not have school, you'll go over to his house, hoping to feel a little bit better when you see him. "can i have a kiss, sunshine" to which he responds "why." you just go "im sad" and he gives u a big smooch. he'll have you lay on his lap while he plays his games, occasionally just sneaking in a peak at you to make sure you're okay. he'll ask if you wanna play to get your mind off things for a while. eventually, when things wind down a bit, he'll just mutter "yk i love you, yeah?" and that lights up your world hehe

haiba lev; as soon as he notices you're sad he just ☹️. he picks out a small flower and as soon as he sees you, he just tucks it by your ear, and smile so brightly and youll just be like "oh my god lev please stop being so cute". he won't really know what to do tbh, but the way he's so lost makes it so heartwarming and it honestly cheers you up all on its own. he just. "would a kiss make it better" and if you nod he'll just start kissing all over your face so softly, until he finally kisses your lips. when he pulls away he asks "again?" with a cute smile and if you nod he'll just kiss you over and over again. very simple way of cheering you up, and very foolproof tbh.

yaku morisuke; i think throughout the day, he might pester you a little bit about telling him what was wrong, but after you keep insisting you're fine, he relents, and decides that maybe giving you your own time and space to open up to him is better. he tries not to act differently in that sense, but he finds himself being a little more soft spoken, and gentler with you. i just had this image flash in my brain of you resting your head on a desk, head turned to the right, and then yaku comes and sits to your right, putting his head on the desk and facing you. and just. "hi :)" your heart melts. he kisses your forehead softly and tells you you're wonderful, in case you've forgotten. if, or when, you do open up to him, he'll be very eager to listen, and ready to fight off whoever upset you.

yamamoto taketora; this man is angry. like properly. "who the FUCK put a frown on my baby's face. speak the fuck up. i won't hurt you. ill just mutilate you." if you tell him that it's no one, and that you're just upset, he'll be so confused but he'll just nod and be like "okay. okay. do you want a hug?" and he'll hug you so tight. he'll admit that he doesn't like seeing you like this, and that he'll do anything to make it better. at first he's very cautious, but then he just lightbulb moment and as soon as you get home he'll be like "karaoke night babyyyyy" and then. no more sad.

aoba johsai ━━

oikawa tōru; very. perceptive. he greets you normally, even if he notices something's off, because he won't want to worsen anything. you meet him right before he has practice after school, and he'll just cup your face, lifting them to brush at your hair, and you just sigh. "my baby's had a long day, yeah?" he'll be very gentle and careful with you, i'm sure. he gives you a kiss, smiling softly into it, and reassuring you that you're much too strong to let a single bad day destroy you like this. he meets you later that night with a lotta ice cream and you two just binge watch any reality show you could find, shit talking the actors together. he himself is terrible at talking about his feelings this dumbass >:( so he understands if you don't want to yk? will encourage u to vent it out though. expect terrible, makes no sense advice

iwaizumi hajime; he kinda like. gets mad? when you continue to be upset and not speak about it? he's not mad at you! he's just. mad. this is iwa okay. anyways. he won't bring it up mostly, only being slightly more affectionate, especially in his hand holding, which is super gentle already as it is. when he invites you over, that's when he actually starts to talk to you about it. he lets you know that there's nothing worse than seeing you like this and not knowing what to do, and that he wants you to be able to talk to him. about anything. even if you think it's stupid. he'll listen, and tell you that it's not stupid if it's making you upset. he cooks for you <33333 then bakes with you <33333 you feel a lot lighter at the end of the night tbh

hanamaki takahiro; (he's so annoying i love him). as soon as he sees you upset he makes it his mission throughout the day to cheer you up in any possible way. spams your phone while you're class with ten thousand wholesome memes. sends you pick up lines. when he meets you in between classes he just yells out "how's my favorite person in the entire world!" and kisses you so wholly in the middle of the school hallway lmfao. while he's walking you home, takes a longer route and purposely, he passes by your favorite store/bakery/ice cream parlor. buys u ur favorite, and pretends to be shocked when you give him a piece. late at night, he'll facetime you, wondering how you're feeling, asking if you needed to talk about it. whether you do or you don't, you two will fall asleep facetiming.

matsukawa issei; the minute he sees you he's like "whats wrong". no hi or anything. he has like this frown on his face, which seems off bc it's rare to see a frown on issei's face, and he just tucks your chin in his palm gently and stares at your pout. "you good, baby?" he can tell you're not, but he wants you to be able to tell him on your own. sticks by your side the entire day, and nobody really mentions it. he talks to you as if it were a normal day, but his voice has a softer edge. he's not distracting you, per se. he's more, talking to fill the space while giving you your own space to think. once you're alone, he'll just drag you to the nearest comfy surface, flop down, and pull you on top of him. if you even try to resist or ask whats going on he'll just "nap and cuddles first." and when u sleep a lil bit of ur sadness away, he'll just let you talk it out as he continues to hold you <333

fukurodani ━━

bokuto kōtarō; just as empathetic as asahi, if not more. he really does feel it all with you. yk sympathy pains that partners get when women get contractions? bokuto is that partner. with bokuto, i feel like he'd never make you feel like you couldn't just straight up text him "im sad" and feel bad about it. if you ever do that, he'll immediately call, not even bothering with a text. if he can't come over, he stays with you until you've cried your heart out and then laughing until you can't breathe. if he can go over, he smothers you with love. repeatedly says "you know i love you, yeah? you know how grateful i am for you?" and in between kisses "im so lucky. so, so lucky."

akaashi keiji; i feel like as soon as akaashi notices you're down, or you're slightly off, he just grabs your hand and squeezes, forcing you to stop spacing out and focus on him for a second. if you're with a lot of people around you, he'll lean close to you and ask if you wanna go home. he'll be so soft and gentle and understanding, making up some excuse on the spot on why the two of you have to leave. if you're alone, he'll grab your hand and kind of tug you towards him, silently asking you to come into his arms, where you yourself know you feel safest. as soon as you're in the comfort of your home together, he'll like run you a bath and slip into it with you, just holding you until the water grows cold and the droplets on your skin are from your own tears. he'll wait it out, just holding you as reassurance, then make sure nothing's stopping you from spilling everything to him.

konoha akinori; when he first notices, he kinda deflates. like. who would wanna see their s/o like that? his smile is gentler when he greets you, and he's so soft with you. he grabs a pen and lifts your palm up, quickly scribbling down in his unique handwriting "i love you :) <3" on your skin, whispering for you not to wash it off until the end of the day. it is weirdly motivating tbh. as soon as the two of you are alone, he says it to you, face to face, an expected look on his face as if to ask "you know that, yeah?". puts on a movie to tune out the rest of the world, and holds you close to him as it drags on. he'll give advice if you're asking for it, but he's a better listener than anything else.

shiratorizawa ━━

ushijima wakatoshi; does not notice. in all honesty, he expects you to approach him whenever you have an issue or if you're upset. he's kinda like ? so confused when you're so down and really unresponsive, until he starts to notice how touchy you are. like you're leaning more into his touch, holding onto his hand like it's your lifeline, stealing his vbc jacket because it smells like him. is very straightforward, and will just ask you if you're okay as he walks/drives you home. kinda just stops in front of your house and presses a kiss to your forehead, then pulling you into a hug. "please don't be upset." he won't tell you that it kills him, but you can sense the unsaid words. he urges you to keep his jacket when he notices how safe it makes you feel. greets you the next morning with a new cactus in a pot hehe.

semi eita; is very cuddly once he notices. you'll sit at a table in school and he'll be sitting next to you, but he just pulls you into him and lets you rest your head on his chest, mumbling softly into your hair "i know you're sad and it's okay." he doesn't say anything else, just holds you there with a few kisses in between until he has to let go. late at night, if your thoughts are still keeping you up, he'll be up too, worrying, and will text you at 3 am if u wanna sneak out to meet him. takes you to the park and lays on the grass with you, picking out stars and constellations in the sky, with a soft soundtrack playing from his phone next to the two of you. he makes you feel secure enough to be sad even if you have all the blessings in the world, and makes sure you know that he'll always be there for you, even at 3 in the morning.

satori tendō; cheers you up by making you forget literally everything. replaces the sadness in your brain with just pure serotonin in any way he can think of. he'll take you to an amusement park, get ice cream with you, take you to the carnival in town, to the park, to the beach, to the pool, take you up to his house's rooftop. literally anything. and then he'll say something like "life's too short to spend it being sad over anything, darling." he's so understanding, and if you're frustrated or something he'll tell you to let it out by like wrestling him or some shit. exhausts you so much and you're filled to the brim with dopamine. he makes sure you're always happy, never seeing a dull moment in your relationship with him.

goshiki tsutomu; freaks out. plain and simple lmfao. but once he like grounds himself, he just softly comes up to you and asks you if you wanna talk about it, or if there's anything he can do. if yes, he'll break his leg running to go do it. if no, he'll just sit with you in silence, leaning over to hold your hand, talking to you about volleyball and his aspirations and how well he's improving. he's better at distracting you than helping you face your issues, mainly because he stresses out about giving the wrong advice or somehow making you sadder. he'll take a lot of pictures of you together on snapchat random filters to try and cheer you up, then later on in the night he'll send them to you and be like "look how cute we are ugh what a power couple" i love this dorkhabsjsks

shirabu kenjirō; i think he definitely notices, but keeps it to himself. he’d maybe think he’s imagining things and that you’re okay, so he’d go about his day normally. he doesn’t see you after school, and that’s when he puts two and two together and realizes yeah maybe you are sad. so he texts you, and texts you, and texts you, and gets no reply, so he just. comes over. unannounced. uninvited. just straight vibes. he’s already ordered your favorite take out, and already settling in bed with you under the cover with the lights dimmed and some chick flick playing in the background. gives the b e s t advice because he’s so blunt. like he will tell you if you’re overreacting, but you’re still his s/o, so he’d like wince as he says it. that’s all the sympathy you’re getting <3 but his bluntness will shock you into laughing hehe

inarizaki ━━

miya atsumu; usually, with atsumu, you’re always experiencing loud days. your relationship is all fun and flirty and suave and cool. but when he notices you’re sad, he goes quiet. like. eerily so. immediately pulls you aside somewhere private if you’re at a public place like school or something, and with his hands in yours he asks you if you’re okay. yk that thing where ur on the verge of tears and someone asks you if you’re okay and you just burst. yeah <3. his heart absolutely breaks and he just pulls you into a hug, resting your head on his chest and wrapping his arms around your neck. he just holds you there, even if you’re missing class/your friends are worried. he’ll stay with you until your tears have dried up, until you yourself let go.

miya osamu; i don’t see osamu as someone that loves pda. i feel like he’d be a more lowkey kinda guy. but if you’re sad, that gets thrown out the window. he doesn’t really in the moment, and won’t think too much when he pulls you close to his side and just wraps an arm around your waist/shoulder. yeah he’ll get looks but he can feel you trembling and shaking from holding back tears so yk, priorities. he’ll definitely stress eat with you. takes you literally anywhere and feeds you as you rant to him with tears streaming down your face and he’s just nodding sympathetically as he stuffs your mouth one bite after the other. romance is beautiful

suna rinatarō; when he notices you’re sad, his first response is alright what the fuck who messed up. he immediately blames someone else, and if he’s right, he’ll only get really agitated. just giving everyone the side eye from where you can’t see as he walks the two of you, your hand in his tight. if it’s not someone specific, he’ll just hum thoughtfully and then nod, before pulling you away somewhere private and just sitting you down and saying “talk.” very, very good listener. i can’t stress this enough. as you’re speaking he’s already thinking of a million different ways to help you solve your problem. walks with you as he traces your hands and just quietly tells you all the solutions.

aran ojiro; oh my god as a boyfriend he ticks all the boxes. he’s great at communicating, always satisfies your needs, is trustworthy and trusts you. the list goes on. immediately knows when you’re off/sad, and just smiles softly as he takes your hand, kissing your knuckles and saying, “let’s go home, yeah?” at home, he makes you some calming tea, probably pulls out some cookies or brownies or biscuits (that HE made but we’re not gonna get into that) and just listens as you talk, whether it’s about why you’re sad or just in general. gives you honest advice, but also a lil biased bc he loves you hehe <3

Alya?

Akuma attacks, it’s a sad fact that they’ve become a natural part of Parisian life. It’s always different yet the same, you’ll find the red-suited heroine doing damage control and fighting off whatever monstrosity stands before her. Her black clad baton-wielding partner distracting the foe.

Often you’ll also find a brunette journalist snooping around, taking pictures and videos from a (relatively) safe distance.

Lately, there’s been a new player, a red-headed girl whose determination to get the perfect footage does little to calm her fragile nerves as she walks into the maw of danger. All she can do is attempt to stop her shaking hands long enough to ensure a good picture or video.

Alya looked on from the sideline as Sabrina continued walking closer to the titanic garbage monster being fought by Paris’ finest. The red-headed girl looked white as a sheet but continued walking closer, phone held out, trying to get a good angle.

Alya looked on in horror as the girl climbed up on a knocked over car, leaving her clearly visible and completely exposed.

The garbage monstrosity flailed around wildly, its putrid tentacles hammering into buildings and knocking off large pieces of debris which scattered wildly into the air at dizzying speeds.

The monster started yelling something about recycling as it continued wreaking havoc on the open street.

Alya saw the akuma’s singular eye falling on Sabrina, readying itself to slam its appendages at her, absorbing her like many others into its being.

Sabrina seemed oblivious to the danger, busy with filming Ladybug.

The grotesque tentacle pierced through the car as though it was a paper crane. Ladybug looked horrified down at the civilian, sipping down with slim hopes of saving her.

Ladybug found Sabrina lying next to the car, scraped but otherwise unhurt under Alya, who had managed to tackle her out of the way at the last moment.

Alya groaned in pain holding onto her elbow but quickly gave Ladybug a thumbs up. The superheroine gave a quick nod, swinging back to defeat the monster.

“You alright?” Alya looked over Sabrina, still locked in her arms, to see if she’d been injured by the fall. She kept feeling a powerful sting running down her own arm but decided to ignore it.

Sabrina got off of Alya, getting her bearings “I’m fine. You made me miss my shot!” she said in a childish accusing tone.

Alya smirked at her getting up and brushing herself off, finding that she had trouble moving her right arm properly, it hurt like hell too. She hoped Ladybug would use her magic to fix everything sooner rather than later.

“Would it have been worth it?” Alya motioned over towards the car which had been torn asunder by the attack.

Sabrina swallowed as she saw the destruction that almost hit her, she looked towards Alya, her lip quivering as she tried saying something that wouldn’t quite leave her mouth.

Alya rolled her eyes, grabbing around Sabrina’s wrist with her good arm and pulling her inside a nearby house.

The two women locked the door behind them, standing in the living room of an evacuated (or captured) stranger’s house. It was strange, seeing someone else’s house, abandoned and unlocked, this was the nature of Paris now.

Alya thought about how easy it would be for someone to use this to their advantage and steal from these houses while the akuma distracted and drove out everyone. She hated the thought of the akuma alert that she’d worked so hard to perfect being used for such awful ends.

Alya’s train of thought was ended as Sabrina began moving back outside. “Hey! It’s not safe, we should stay in here for now” she told the red-headed girl.

Sabrina scoffed “I’m not scared,” she said defiantly, still noticeably pale, her fingers still fidgeting in her trembling hands. “You film monsters all the time, so why can’t I?” Sabrina took her matter of factly tone, which Alya had long since realized was the voice she made whenever parroting Chloé.

“I’ve learned that sometimes you have to make sure it’s safe before you go outside. You have to be smart and you have to be careful” Alya warned.

“Yea right, why would you help me? You just want the best pictures”, she crossed her arms, scowling at Alya.

Alya shook her head exasperatedly; the blonde girls lackey seemed more like her ‘friend’ than Alya would have hoped. “no, I just don’t want you to end up like a concrete crepe. Especially not if it’s because you tried copying me. I made a ton of terribly stupid mistakes when I first started, I don’t want you to do the same.”

Sabrina rolled her eyes, pushing past Alya to get outside. As she moved against Alya, the brunette journalist winced in pain, holding against the arm that Sabrina had pushed.

Sabrina paused, giving Alya a worried look “are you alright?”

Alya nodded “think the fall broke my arm, it’s alright, I’ve had way worse from doing this. The Lucky Charm will set things right.”

Sabrina swallowed, looking at the fearless woman with a mix of fear and admiration “way worse than breaking your arm?”

Alya shrugged with an embarrassed smile “yea, broken legs, head injuries. I’m pretty sure I might possibly have legally died for a few minutes one time. But Ladybug always set it right so I’ve never had to deal with it for long.”

Alya rubbed against her bruised arm with a melancholic look “still, one day she might not be able to fix everything and then I’d be screwed. Besides, it’s not fair to put that extra pressure on her, she’s got more than enough to worry about without a bunch of reporters running around needing her to save us.”

Sabrina looked at Alya’s arm, then up at Alya with a thoughtful expression. She reached out and touched it to Alya’s surprise, inspecting it against Alya repeating ‘ow’.

Alya quickly realized that Sabrina wasn’t just fumbling with her, but rather seemed to know what she was doing. “I don’t think it’s broken, but it’s definitely sprained.” Sabrina concluded, she left the room silently and Alya feared for a moment that she’d be left alone with her pain.

To her surprise Sabrina reentered the room holding a bag of peas, she gently placed it over Alya’s arm, looking up at Alya with a sad expression.

“Hey, it’s ok! I’m sure it’ll be alright, Ladybug will fix it and I’ll be right as rain. Nothing to worry about” she smiled reassuringly.

Sabrina sighed, finding a chair and making Alya sit down in it “you got hurt because I was being stupid…”

“Oh… well, if it helps I might have gotten hurt even if you weren’t there, I’m dangerously reckless” Alya beamed, hoping to help the redhead feel better.

Sabrina scoffed “seriously, how do you keep doing this? No one is making you” she sat down in front of Alya, her legs still shaking from before.

“If someone was making me do the Ladyblog I’d have quit a long time ago” she chuckled “It’s important to me, it’s important to the city of Paris, and it’s even important to Ladybug and Chat Noir. I always wanted to be a hero you know? This way I feel like I can do my part if only just a little.”

Alya held her hand gently over her arm where she’d been hit “I just hope I can be more help than burden…”

Sabrina looked stunned, she was staring down at her hands, unable to meet Alya’s gaze “I guess… I always sort of thought when people said they did things for noble reasons that they were just fishing for attention…” she muttered.

“That’s awful!” Alya blurted out, “not that you’re awful just…”

Sabrina shook her head “it’s ok, I think maybe I am awful, which is fine, some people just are right?” she shrugged sadly.

Alya could feel herself slowly growing hot with rage “what!? No! Why would you say something like that!?”

“You don’t have to be nice, I’m sorry I shouldn’t have said that it’s not a nice thing to say.”

Alya felt her heart sinking looking at the morose redhead “do you really feel that way?”

Sabrina shrugged “why wouldn’t I? Whenever I try to be nice people just walk all over me, and I always end up doing some really awful things”  Alya felt like crying for the girl, mostly because she seemed completely unwilling to cry for herself.

“You’re just doing what Chloé tells you to right?” Alya tried.

Sabrina’s head tilted “I guess, but it’s not like I ever say no. I enjoy helping Chloé, even when I know it’s wrong.”

Alya furrowed her brow “what do you enjoy about it?”

Sabrina curled up defensively “it’s kind of hard to explain.  I don’t think you’d understand”

Alya gave Sabrina an encouraging smile “I’d like to try.” She looked at the nervous girl, understanding that she had a hard time doing things for herself, Alya struggled with that too. Thankfully it was possible to help a bit by changing the narrative “I’d like to not be alone right now.” She admitted, “it hurts a lot and… I think I need someone here right now. We can talk about something else if you want.”

Sabrina’s eyes lit up with sympathy, Alya almost grinned at the girl who claimed to be a bad person and was so ready to help others. The redhead bit her lip “I’m not sure what I should say…”

Alya shrugged “how about what in the world you were doing in the first place. Why the sudden interest in photography?”

Sabrina looked off to the side with a nervous expression, playing with her hair.

Alya chuckled “let me guess, Chloé decided she’d make her own Ladyblog?”

Sabrina’s expression clearly told her she’d hit the nail on the head. She defensively brushed hair behind her ear, looking away from Alya a little embarrassed “yes well… what was she supposed to do after you banned her?” she accused.

Alya stared down the mousey girl, making her immediately shrink back “Chloé was harassing others on my forums, I have clear rules on the site and she broke them. She got her own damn self thrown off of the site”

Sabrina swallowed “sure she broke the rules but… you didn’t have to be so mean about it. You have to be gentle when dealing with Chloé, she feels rejected easily. It’s easier for everyone if you just hear her out and well…” Sabrina trailed off.

Alya gave her an unamused look “and just do as she says?”

Sabrina gave a shrug and a sad smile “I guess it doesn’t sound so great when you say it that way. Still, I wish you’d dealt with Chloé in a better way.”

Alya smirked, “because you think I did the wrong thing or because you have to deal with it?”

Sabrina’s shoulders fell as she groaned miserably “I’ve never made a blog before! There’s so much to do and learn and it has to be perfect, or Chloé’s going to be so mad at me!”

Alya couldn’t help but laugh at the poor redhead, her arm hurt every time her chest rose but she barely cared.

She smiled sympathetically at Sabrina, who was pouting at her, not happy to be laughed at. “Do you want a hand with setting it up properly? I’d offer two but I don’t think that’s happening anytime soon” she smirked, the pulsing pain continuing to beat at the back of her mind.

Sabrina smiled nervously, unable to laugh at the girl's injury. “Why would you help me?”

“I’m punishing Chloé for being a c-word, it’s not fair that you’re the one dealing with the consequences. Besides, badly designed blogs make my heart weep” she winked at Sabrina, finding her cell phone.

“Is there a working site online? What’s it called?”

Sabrina swallowed “um… The Real Ladyblog…” she whispered, causing Alya to break out in a small laughing fit.

“Hey quit it… it’s not her fault that you already had the perfect name!” Sabrina defended, cringing to herself as Alya found the poorly designed site that she’d worked so hard on.

Alya skimmed over the site with a critical look for a few moments while Sabrina stood there fidgeting, feeling naked as her baby steps towards web design were being judged.

“There’s some good stuff here” Alya concluded.

Sabrina scoffed “you don’t have to be nice, I know it’s bad.”

Alya shook her head “well, it’s got some problems but it’s about the same as when I first started out. It takes time to learn this stuff.” She scrolled curiously on the site, reading off tabs “how to get your hair like your favorite hero or akuma. Which akuma are you? Learn to pole dance like Chat Noir…?” she cocked an eyebrow at the blushing Sabrina.

“Well, I had to make a lot of stuff pretty quickly ok!” She shrunk, her hands tugging at her arms as though she was trying to disappear into herself completely.

“Pretty quickly is an understatement… you’ve made this stuff in no time at all! This is really impressive.” Alya was tabbing on the screen, looking amused. “oh! I got Lady Wi-Fi, this is actually a really cool quiz!” she giggled amused, reading the little blurb of text describing her own akumatized form.

“So you’re not mad that Chloé made a rival site?” Sabrina looked at her with a perplexed expression.

Alya snorted “level with me, using a percentage number, what on this site was Chloé’s work?”

Sabrina paused for a few moments “I guess the name was her idea?”

Alya laughed “thought as much. Sabrina, you’re really good with this stuff. The Ladyblog is really formal, akuma alerts and databases and speculation you know? It’s the stuff I love, but I’m sure people would love a site that was much more well… this!” she motioned towards the screen, smiling enthusiastically.

Sabrina blinked with surprise and confusion “it’s just a dumb thing I threw together. The algorithm is really simplistic” she scratched the back of her head embarrassed.

“The Ladyblog was just a dumb thing I threw together too, then I started putting real work into it and now it’s this big thing.” Alya looked out towards the still fighting heroes, barely visible through the windows. “I love some of the stuff others make as well and I’m so grateful that people still look to my site for a lot of information. But I would really love to help you with this site if that’s something you want to do.”

Sabrina froze, she tapped at her black screen distracting. She had a thousand yard stare, looking down past her phone onto the floor, contemplating everything.

“Something wrong?” Alya asked with a worried tone.

Sabrina shook her head “I guess… I just realized I couldn’t really remember the last time someone asked if I wanted to do something.” She said deep in thought.

Alya fought back the need to tell her how awful that was, to jump out into the streets, find Chloé and literally kick her ass. Instead, she sighed deeply, looking at Sabrina with an encouraging and empathetic look “so what do you want?”

Sabrina swallowed, looking like she’d never thought about it, as though the concept of making her own choices was completely lost on her. “I guess I had a lot of fun coming up with the things on the site” she admitted, “I don’t want to make Chloé mad, but working on the site with you actually sounds really fun!”

Alya smiled “so do both, we’ll work on the site and I’ll help you not only make it, but make sure to throw some traffic in your direction. I can do that you know” she pushed up her glasses in a sarcastically high and mighty way, making Sabrina giggle.

Sabrina’s smile faded “but Chloé and you loathe one another”

Alya wanted to argue but couldn’t “you’ve got me there. But just because we can’t stand one another doesn’t mean I don’t like you.” She shrugged encouragingly “if it helps, I’ll gladly promise to keep it a secret from your queen bee.”

Sabrina smiled at the idea but it was clear that something still nagged at her. Her cold words weren’t accusatory, she simply believed them to be fact “why would you be so nice to me? You’ll end up using this to hurt Chloé eventually right? That’s your plan isn’t it?”

Alya felt her heartbreaking for the girl, she couldn’t imagine the kinds of things she’d been through to make her automatically think that way. She scattered her brain for a way to convince the sweet idiot that she wasn’t going to betray her.

Alya sighed, an idea popping into her head, it would work but it would require her to entrust the girl with something truly precious. Alya looked at the morose redhead, she’d never done anything for Alya, in fact she’d done some really awful things. Still, Sabrina didn’t seem like a bad person, just a person with little self-esteem who desperately needed a friend who didn’t constantly berate her.

Alya groaned, realizing that she was going to risk sacrificing her work for the sake of this girl, she cursed herself for being a nice person and warned herself that it was going to end badly. She looked at Sabrina’s vulnerable eyes which were so desperate for someone to take care of her, it made her hopeful that the girl could change.

“here” Alya typed a message and send it to Sabrina which pinged moments later. Sabrina looked at it and then at Alya, looking like one big question mark. Alya sighed “it’s the login code for the administrator of the Ladyblog.”

Sabrina looked down at it with widening eyes “why would you give me this?”

Alya shrugged “mutual destruction I guess. With this you could do real damage to the Ladyblog, but of course I desperately hope that you don’t. So now if I were to try and cheat you and use our friendship against Chloé or you, you can hurt me back. That way we both know the other won’t do anything funny right?”

Sabrina’s mouth was slightly agape as she looked between Alya and her phone “but… how do you know you can trust me!?” she blurted out.

“I don’t, but I get the sense that you need someone to trust you. I hope it doesn’t come back to bite me. But I don’t think it will. You don’t have to resign yourself to being Chloé’s worker bee forever y’kno. School is a lot more fun if you spend it chilling with your friends instead of scheming with your… I don’t know, mistress?”

Alya gave Sabrina a joking smile which froze as she saw tears slowly rolling down Sabrina’s face. Alya panicked for a moment, the familiar panic of seeing anyone cry, but realized these were (probably) good tears.

“um… it’s ok girl, do you um… need a hug?” she barely finished talking before the redhead's arms were wrapped tightly around her. She felt intense pain rushing through her as pressure was applied to her damaged arm. She bit the pain back, knowing that this was important to Sabrina.

Sabrina spoke in between gulping sobs “Thank you *hick* I’ll *hick* I’ll make up for the awful *hick* things that I’ve done! *hick* I promise!” the hulking sobs echoed out against Alya, assuring her that she’d made the right decision in sharing her password.

Alya felt intense pride and joy knowing she’d done the right thing. It was slightly offset by the intense pain that kept screaming from her arm. She had to end the hug early, feeling the horrible throbbing pain jamming into her arm and somehow shoulder. She winced in pain, it seemingly kept getting worse.

“I’m so sorry!” Sabrina yelled out, realizing the pain she’d caused. She looked at Alya with apologetic tear-filled eyes.

Alya suddenly felt an intense breeze shoot through her as literally hundreds of thousands of ladybugs flew past her. She’d never get used to the sensation of breathlessness as the magical insects seemingly shot through her very soul. It was cool and almost aggressively pleasant if there could be such a thing. Like the feeling of being tickled just enough that it’s not uncomfortable, but somehow vastly intense.

Alya gasped as the ladybugs left as quickly as they came, she inspected her newly healed arm for a moment.

Sabrina looked to have been cleaned up as well, no longer crying and in a more stable mood, apparently, the powers could do that as well? Alya shook her head in amazement of her favorite superheroine.

She took Sabrina into her arms for a proper hug, feeling the slightly smaller girl shrink to her touch, but slowly unfold against her as she allowed herself to be comfortable, hugging Alya back.

The two girls hugged it out for a moment before the door was opened by a red-suited heroine, looking inside with a worried expression. She was immediately relieved to see the two girls safe and sound. She paused for a moment, confused by their hugging.

“Everything alright in here?” she asked sincerely.

Alya smiled and nodded “everything’s great”

Sabrina walked forward to Ladybug, cautiously standing before the almost godlike heroine. She fidgeted, trying to find the confidence to speak “um… Ladybug, do you have any comments about today’s fight?” she asked hesitantly, surprising everyone in the room.

“um…” Ladybug started, a little unsure how to respond.

Chat Noir entered through the door as well, looking into the room “ah, good to see you lovely ladies getting along” he smiled.

“Chat Noir, I have some questions if you have a minute!” Sabrina almost stumbled over herself, walking up to him.

Chat Noir looked surprised at Sabrina then at Alya, then at Ladybug “there’s two of them now?” he asked with joking worry.

Ladybug chuckled “looks like it” she shrugged.

“And here I’d just gotten used to one” Chat Noir turned his head up in an overly dramatic fashion.

“Oh you just need practice kitty, you go ahead and take care of the press, I’ll see you next time” Ladybug winked and zipped away, leaving Chat Noir with the two hungry reporters.

Chat Noir held out a hand after Ladybug, hoping to make her stop but it was much too late, she was long gone. He dropped his head, crestfallen.

“So Chat Noir, is it true that you’re an experienced pole dancer?” Sabrina asked without a hint of irony or embarrassment.

Chat Noir’s eyes went wide “uhhh… where’d you get an idea like that?” he chuckled nervously.

“The way you often descent your staff. Is it true or not?”

Chat looked at Sabrina with a frozen smile “oh! Will you look at that” he held his ring up to his ear “oops gotta go, see you around, stay safe!” he dashed outside into the streets and soon disappeared over the roofs.

Sabrina stood there with a disappointed pout. Alya put a hand on her shoulder, chuckling to herself “you’ve gotta dampen your enthusiasm a little when dealing with them” she smiled.

Sabrina frowned “so I messed up?”

Alya shook her head “not at all! That was great! I’m gonna enjoy working with you partner” she chuckled, holding out her hand in a fist, doing her best impression of Ladybug’s usual pose.

Sabrina beamed, pressing her knuckle against Alya’s “pound it” they said in unison, giggling to one another.

im going to vent a little about this year and the stuff thats been going on in my head in regards to my art crisis so yknow....sorry

this year has been really terrible for me and my art because i finally reached a sort of breaking point and decided i wanted to start from scratch. as you may or may not know, prior to august of this year, i was doing my art in.......not so great ways. to put it simply, i was basically tracing 3d models. ive talked about it on this blog before and it was a big source of anxiety and depression for me for years. so for basically the first half of the year, i was stuck in limbo and realized that i just couldnt do it anymore!!!! i didnt want my art to be like that!!! so in august (after how well that yuuya painting turned out) i decided that i was gonna move on from that and start over with my art. that first month, it was going really well! i was excited about how well i could draw despite everything, but then that kinda....wore off and i fell back into a depression over how much i disliked my new artstyle and i didnt really do anything until september when i did that corazon painting and from there....well you all pretty much know the rest. ive been in a serious artblock ever since and some days its so bad that the thought of drawing stresses me out to the point of feeling sick

ive always been embarrassed by my art and because of that i never let anyone help me improve and just kept trying to avoid the issue by tracing and other not so great things and that led to my confidence taking a bit of a nosedive over the years and im still trying to recover from that......its honestly one of my biggest regrets? i wish id just let trash help me learn anatomy and stuff because maybe then i wouldnt be so stuck and i could be happy with the things i draw

theres been a lot of times this year where ive wanted to give up. i still kinda do but im doing my best to resist that urge and keep going because art is neat!! its what i want to do!!! its gonna take me a long time to get to where i want to be, but i hope that youll all bear with me until then because without your support i wouldve quit a long time ago

so uhhhhhhh.....yeah sorry to dump all this but its been weighing me down so much i feel paralyzed and suffocated so i really needed to get it all off my chest

Closure

My last letter to you..

I felt the need to do this so I can finally get the closure I wanted. I left unexpectedly bc I avoided confrontation about the problems in our relationship internally. I left because i knew if we stayed friends, we wouldnt have the same mutual feelings for each other anymore. I felt the more i stayed the more you were hoping i would still feel the same. But i didnt. The harshest reality is that our breakup was a slow burn. Overtime my feelings slowly disappeared and never came back. I dont know when it started but one day i woke up saying i dont wanna feel this way anymore and i started living by my word. There was a line where my heart had to stop loving and breaking bc i don’t know how many times i can put it back together again. Sorry if naconfused kta when i went back and forth on you. That pinaasa kta back then. Idk if i ever promised you anything but if i did im sorry i cant follow through with it. I realised maybe its time for me to believe and accept who you are and what your decided to do. Even though i didnt like it at least you were honest about it. Youre honest that youre unable to love me the way i needed to. You see I had an idealisation of you. I romanticised the love that i hoped for and your unwillingness to work for that was my perfect answer. So im sorry i can not reciprocate your feelings anymore. I had reasons to let go of you. I hope you understand my boundaries now and that what i had to offer doesnt come easy. Ethan, not every woman will correspond to your own time and healing. Not every woman will love you on your terms. Not every woman will wait and give you another chance pow. Thats on you and how youll take that responsibility. I have outgrown u in that and thats enough for me to let go. Im not gonna spend days waiting for you to recognise my worth and value.. that got me tired the first time round.

I reread your letters one day and i felt like you described how much i meant to u based on how i loved you unconditionally. But you still were holding back from change bc you thought i was never going to forgive you. Ethan im not gonna keep telling and emphasising how much i appreciated you. Ive reminded you that countless times in every letter and if it still left you wondering if i ever loved you back then you need a reality check. You cant love someone when you cant even love yourself first. You sought after my validation and love. You were never whole in the beginning. Maybe the next time you get into a relationship youll learn how to establish your boundaries and know your value and worth more. Bc recognising that will let you see the treatment people give you.

I went to church for nine days for Sto Nino. And recently on the eight day novena the priest talked about forgiveness. It made me remember during the time that we tried being friends and i remember still feeling deeply hurt by what you did to me and my friends. I never seemed to think about it until i heard his message. He said, “As humans we tend to be driven by our emotions. Only when we forgive can we receive God’s grace and peace. We run by this whenever others try to attack us by vile words and offence.” And i suddenly remembered crying as my hatred grew for you and i pushed the blame on you. Sa totoo lng i also have a fault in it. But instead i didnt want to hold accountable for it. I realised that i was not truthful to myself. I ignored and let my feelings got the best of me. And for that i do sincerely apologise. Sometimes we think people are undeserving to be forgiven due to the consequences they burdened you. (Come to think of it ayoko maging accountable for my own fault bc i didnt know how to fix the problem. And the problem made me very vulnerable. But i had to accept my wrong. I had to face them whether i liked it or not and own up my mistakes.) Though it's difficult it's not the matter of how much forgiveness they deserve but more of how much joy, happiness, and peace you really want in your life. And it's up to you if you're willing to let that go or hold on to it. So i forgive you ethan. It was hard to understand you at first but i realised that overtime the weight of pain does subsequently lighten up. And i dont hold anything against you at all. I dont hate you. Bc first, i got my answer and second its not your fault you didnt do what i needed you to do.

Not all the time everyone will love you for what you give. Your 100% in the relationship may differ from others but that doesnt mean you cant work on areas where you need to. Love is not linear. It is uncomfortable, unbalanced and everyday is a commitment. But if it doesnt benefit you anymore you have every right to leave. Im sorry for leaving you hanging like that but you knew what had to be done to let both of us heal. This was not my battle to fight. When i endured the pain, I thought i couldve done that alone. But i was forcing myself into something that wasnt for me. It takes two people for a relationship to work and sadly i felt like i was the only one trying. I learned that the hard way and with that there were shitty consequences. I failed to take accountability and blamed it on you and for that again i sincerely apologise. I may have worsen your trauma but you should know yourself and not let it define you. Oo makapal tlaga yung mukha ko. But where would i be if i let others opinion get the best of me. After what i did to my friends i still have more lessons to learn. One is that im not perfect. Ive committed many sins and mistakes that ive regretted since idk birth which left a hole inside of me. And God sees that im not perfect. It does not excuse me from being accountable for my actions but whats enlightening is that God has never judged me for my decisions in life. He has never abandoned me through every step of my journey regardless if ako yung kusang lumalayo. He sees through my flaws and impurity. And he healed me. The parable of the leper. But for now im gonna prioritise myself. And slowly gain back what i lost in the process of losing myself. As selfish as it may sound i dont feel the need of anyone to complete me. I am complete by myself and im happy. I could care less what you think what others will think as long as i know myself and i know what im capable of. For now i will keep my head up and heart open to those that deserve it. I wish you the best in life, ethan. I hope you still know that i care for you. I went to church for nine days for Sto Nino. And recently on the eight day novena the priest talked about forgiveness. It made me remember during the time that we tried being friends and i remember still feeling deeply hurt by what you did to me and my friends. I never seemed to think about it until i heard his message. He said, “As humans we tend to be driven by our emotions. Only when we forgive can we receive God’s grace and peace. We run by this whenever others try to attack us by vile words and offence.” And i suddenly remembered crying as my hatred grew for you and i pushed the blame on you. Sa totoo lng i also have a fault in it. But instead i didnt want to hold accountable for it. I realised that i was not truthful to myself. I ignored and let my feelings got the best of me. And for that i do sincerely apologise. Sometimes we think people are undeserving to be forgiven due to the consequences they burdened you. (Come to think of it ayoko maging accountable for my own fault bc i didnt know how to fix the problem. And the problem made me very vulnerable. But i had to accept my wrong. I had to face them whether i liked it or not and own up my mistakes.) Though it's difficult it's not the matter of how much forgiveness they deserve but more of how much joy, happiness, and peace you really want in your life. And it's up to you if you're willing to let that go or hold on to it. So i forgive you ethan. It was hard to understand you at first but i realised that overtime the weight of pain does subsequently lighten up. And i dont hold anything against you at all. I dont hate you. Bc first, i got my answer and second its not your fault you didnt do what i needed you to do.

Not all the time everyone will love you for what you give. Your 100% in the relationship may differ from others but that doesnt mean you cant work on areas where you need to. Love is not linear. It is uncomfortable, unbalanced and everyday is a commitment. But if it doesnt benefit you anymore you have every right to leave. Im sorry for leaving you hanging like that but you knew what had to be done to let both of us heal. This was not my battle to fight. When i endured the pain, I thought i couldve done that alone. But i was forcing myself into something that wasnt for me. It takes two people for a relationship to work and sadly i felt like i was the only one trying. I learned that the hard way and with that there were shitty consequences. I failed to take accountability and blamed it on you and for that again i sincerely apologise. I may have worsen your trauma but you should know yourself and not let it define you. Oo makapal tlaga yung mukha ko. But where would i be if i let others opinion get the best of me. After what i did to my friends i still have more lessons to learn. One is that im not perfect. Ive committed many sins and mistakes that ive regretted since idk birth which left a hole inside of me. And God sees that im not perfect. It does not excuse me from being accountable for my actions but whats enlightening is that God has never judged me for my decisions in life. He has never abandoned me through every step of my journey regardless if ako yung kusang lumalayo. He sees through my flaws and impurity. And he healed me. The parable of the leper. But for now im gonna prioritise myself. And slowly gain back what i lost in the process of losing myself. As selfish as it may sound i dont feel the need of anyone to complete me. I am complete by myself and im happy. I could care less what you think what others will think as long as i know myself and i know what im capable of. 9 Amazing Stones & Crystals You'll Want For Witchcraft

Stones and crystals are a huge part of my craft. I carry them in my pockets, meticulously place them on my altar, and, in all honesty, spend way too much money shopping for them online. I love working with stones and, maybe most importantly, I find them very effective. Beautiful and effective.  

When I started to get more into collecting them and began hunting stones for their specific traits, I was flooded with information about crystals in terms of healing and energies. This was good to know, but it wasn’t the knowledge I was after. Namely, I wanted stones that would help me improve my craft and add power to my spells.

After about a year of experimenting, I finally came up with my own stone set and today, I’d like to showcase the stones that I’ve found add more power to spells. If you’re not already familiar with the power of crystals and stones, I hope this post inspires you to investigate further and take your craft to a new level.

Find Your Grounding Stone

My grounding stone is agate. Long ago, even before I started down this winding path of witchiness, I always had agate on me in some way, either jewellery or just a little stone I’d picked up at a shop. Agate, and tree agate, in particular, embodies everything I love. It looks like trees in the snow, which reminds me of my home. It is said to help one care for plants and animals, which is how I spend the majority of my days. Incidentally, it happens to be my birthstone, a fact that thrilled me when I first found out. It is a calming stone and also helps one be more in tune with the natural world — two things I strive for daily. But I learned all that later. Before I understood agate better, I simply knew I liked it the best.  

Your grounding stone will “speak” to you in a similar way and to find it, you simply have to poke around a bit. Gem shows are great places to search, but not nearly as convenient as hopping online and searching there. I can’t help much in finding your grounding stone, but I can say you will definitely know when you’ve found it.

The grounding stone is important to your witchcraft because it can represent you in spells, as well as protect you and help you focus. If you take care of this talisman, its unique qualities will grow stronger and it will work better with you and for you. You should keep it with you almost always.

Building A Stone Set

You’ll recognise the first one on the list. Clear quartz — a clear crystal named after ice — is considered the most powerful and useful stone a witch can have. It is so powerful, it can be substituted for any other stone in a pinch. It is “programmable,” meaning you can charge it with any intention you wish by simply holding the stone and charging it with your energy. Clear quartz is both protective and healing, and vibes well with humans. Being an immensely talented stone itself, having one or five around will also enhance your talents.

This is the wisest stone, the calmest, and will guide you well. It’s the perfect first addition to your stone set, and if you only get one stone, make it a clear quartz.  

Next on the list is black tourmaline. Used frequently in warding, black tourmaline is your soldier stone, protecting against negativity aimed your way. While this makes it a great stone to carry with you, it’s also great for… questionable spellwork. I’ve recently seen it referred to as “the wall,” and I think that perfectly summarises how black tourmaline works for you.

Now onto the power hitters of your stone set. These stones have worked for me to both supercharge spells and bring clarity when a spell isn’t going quite right and I need to rethink things. These stones should be placed on your altar and can be incorporated into any spell as a way to add more “fuel to the fire,” so to speak.

Bloodstone, also known as heliotrope, is dark green with red specks. It is a type of jasper, which is a lucky stone. Bloodstone is associated with fire and lifeblood, bringing the energy of both to your spells. It’s also said to be good for heart and blood conditions. Bloodstone will work especially well for those born in March, though I’ve found that this courageous stone is not choosy. This is the dragon of your stone set and will allow you to win against enemies.

Garnet is a stone named after the Latin word granatum, which means pomegranate. Because of its deep red colour, garnet is used often in love and binding spells. Alternatively, you can view it as a stone of attraction, as it will work to bring what you seek into your life. Garnet will also assist in tapping into your hidden potential. Thanks to its association with fire, it will naturally add more power to spells, but will also make the spellcaster more attractive — either to a lover or potential employer, for example. Garnet works with you to help you attain goals, a perfect spellcasting aid.

Moonstone is a pearlescent, peach-coloured stone. This one is for the ladies. Moonstone is connected to the tides, the phases of the moon, and all the power and peace that comes along with feminine power, including intuition. If you are a woman, it will be particularly beneficial in strengthening your spells. Specifically, it will add a gentler edge to your casts and work to protect you while you work — though not in the same way as perhaps tourmaline. Moonstone keeps you grounded and helps bring balance. It will let you see all options, showing you the wisest and safest ways. But don’t think of moonstone as soft just because its power doesn’t lie in brute force. Moonstone is subtle, just, consistent, and unstoppable.

Petrified wood is ancient wood that has transformed into stone over time and one of my favourites. Its power is wisdom from a long life and it is said to impart this knowledge unto its owner. Petrified wood also represents transformation, and growing stronger with time. This stone will not only help you learn from mistakes but will assist you greatly when trying new spells and learning new things. This is your teacher stone. Ask it for guidance in troubling situations and carry with you for patience and insight.  

Unakite is a moss green stone with splashes of pink — it looks like a delicate floral print. This is a peaceful stone that will centre you during spellcasting and help you see opportunity instead of roadblocks in your daily life. If you’ve lost something and wish to reclaim it, unakite is your go-to. Unakite is also used for connecting to the spirit world, so it’s a good stone to use when seeking guidance from beyond. It’s a remover of obstacles, which makes it great for spells that move you forward in life or remove harmful things that hold you back. Think of it as your support system while casting. It will empower your spells by making you stronger.

Lastly on the list is my favourite of all, smoky quartz. It can be dark brown to almost clear, sometimes with slashes of gold running through it (particularly lucky). Smoky quartz is protective; it will redirect negative spells aimed at you back at the caster. It is also said to be a great healer. Smoky quartz is often used in scrying.

Some time ago, I was told that smoky quartz was the essential stone for witches because of how it improves spellcasting and, intrigued, I bought a few tumbled stones. Turns out, this advice held true! By all accounts, smoky quartz is supposed to be a calm stone used for healing, but its addition to my altar and spells has had such a noticeable effect, I’m wondering if this sleek little stone may be hiding some secrets… I recommend this stone above all others when casting. Decorate your altar with smoky quartz points, keep loose stones nearby for all spells, and carry with you for casting on the go. This beautiful and mysterious stone will surprise you.

Finally, smoky quartz is a cleansing stone that does not require cleansing itself. If you’re like me and worry about cleansing — when to do it, how, on which stones? — smoky quartz solves the problem for you. By merely having it near your other stones, it will cleanse and charge them regularly, while never holding any negativity.

Protips

Whenever possible, shop for stones in person instead of online. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with buying online, except that someone else has chosen the stone for you. There is something to be said for finding a stone that really “speaks” to you and you can only do that by seeing the stones in person and choosing the perfect one yourself.

After obtaining a new stone, it’s smart to give it a quick cleansing as you can never be sure exactly where it came from. Again, smoky quartz will do much of this work for you, but I always like to be extra cautious.

i just wanna feel like a normal human being, i just constantly feel like im an alien. im just so fucking lost and broken, and i just wanna scream at the top of my lungs and break everything in sight. everything is just fucking stupid, i wish i was never born. i mean i love my mom to death, but why did she have to bring me into this world? i dont wanna deal with living at all. and ive been thinking about this a lot, im so scared to lose my mom...like its been just me and her since i was 6-7 years old, and i really dont know what im going to do when shes gone. i feel like there is no reason for me to go on without her. the only reason i havent killed myself is because i dont wanna leave my mom, cause i know that would just destroy her, shes always been there for me no matter what, and ive put her through a lot of bullshit and i feel so shitty for doing it. i wish i could take care of her and give her everything she wants. but i cant, and we’ve been struggling with money and shit for years and i know how much she is stressed out, and how much she just wants to make me happy and give me all the things i need/want. i love her so much and i really appreciate everything she has done Digmon Adventure Tri review

Digmon Adventure tri, the digidestined join again for one last adventure.

To start this review, and for those who dont know, Digimon advnture tri is an official sequel to the original digimon that started in in 1999, 7 kids go on a summer camp and while there get transported to a digital world where creatures known as Digimon appear in front of them, from there we embark on an adventure as the tittle says, follwing this kids as they learn more about their environment and the world that surrounds them, the kids with names, Taichi Kamiya, Yamato Ishida, Kojiro Izumi, Sora Takenouchi, Takaishi Takeru, Kido Joe, Tachikawa Mimi, with the addition later on of Kari Kamiya, Taichis sister.

In a very black and white plot, they need to defeat the evil guy that wants to hurt them, but, is that all there is to the adventure? Not in reality,each of the creatures is given to a kid, each with their own personalities same as the kids, its up to them to learn and become friends with them, to teach and be taught, by fighting the final bad guy of the island they are in, is in that fight we see that the story may not be as kid friendly as it seemed, one of the creatures, Patamon, whom belongs to T.K in English or Takaishi Takeru in English, dies while in battle, it is worth mentioning that the creatures, very Pokemon style, can “digievolve” to new forms that give them more power, Patamon now transformed into Angemon dies in its fight, and we see a very real consequence to T.K, he sees his partner die in front of his eyes, this strains T.Ks mind as he gets comforted by his friends with the promise from Angemon that theyll meet again, keep in mind that these are kids, yet much like everyone, theya re forced to live with the consequences of a battle and that of a choice, that is what most of the series in reality has been defined, decisions.

Theres much more to be said about Digimon Adventure, but that is not for this entry, weve placed the tone for whats to come.

Digimon Adventure Tri, as said above, takes place 6 years after the final battle and events in Digimon Adventure,it all starts with the first movie Reunion, the kids now grown into their High School lives, are trying to live the lifes they have now that their partner Digimons stayed in the Digitalworld, we find one of the main characters Taichi, on his way to a school game, while going there he seems troubled by something but continues on, Yamato now has a rock band, while Kojiro Izumi has bloomed as a very smart person with his own company and technological knowledge, Joe Kido, being the eldest of the group has been on a troubled path in his College life, Mimi has been travelling abroad and not stayed with the group, but weird things are happening around town, Tai has focued too much on his sport activities and has not taken his college decisions seriously, something the other characters criticize him for, as things start to get weirder, a digimon shows up and start destroying things, Tai takes off to see what he can do but he no longer has his digimon partner nor do any of the other character, when he finds himself cornered a new digimon appears but this time, was his old partner, Agumon, with Tais help Agumon evolves and takes on fighting the enemy, as they are battling more buildings are destroyed, this affects Tai, as he realizes the fight, unlike when he was a kid, is having real meaningful consequences, people getting hurt, along wth his partner Tai manages to get the enemy to a different location less populated, where the other characters arrive with their Digimon partners.

They join the fight and when the enemy seems cornered a new shadow appears and captures the enemy taking him to a different dimension, still, Tai looks around and sees that his battle, and that of the others, has destroyed the city they live in, and starts questioning what his motives are for fighting or if he should at all, a few days later, Kojiro Izumi has developed a new way to remain in easy contact with the partner digimons, a new enemy, Alphamon, shows up, who proves to be much more pwoerful than any of the kids and their digimon, they need even more power, Tai in his internal conflicts believes that more fight will cause more damage and destruction, but Yamato Ishida stops him, and tells him, that he needs to stop running and face his fears, as in the moment Tai decides to fight bring for the power of Omegamon, after the battle ends Yamato tells Tai that he did good in fighting but hes a coward for running.

This speaks highly of the production value of the movie, same as many people, we all face the choices and our fears as life progresses, this is relfected in a beautiful way in Tais character, its fine to believe things as kids will turn out great, but, there are consequences, and they are as real for you as they are everyone around you.

The first movie Reunion, speaks more about the perils of growing up, what means to lead, what means to lose, and what it means for the characters to fight, after all, isnt that life itself.

Now we are in the second film, Determination, which places its focus on 2 other characters, Kido Joe and Mimi Tachikawa, Joe has been abscent from the fighting and Mimi has tried to adjust being back in Japan, after a small trip to a hot spring, new strange happen, Mimi is forced to fight with her partner Palmon, in doing so, their fight causes a Helicopter to be damaged, this causes a fight with Kojiro Izumi, meantime Joe has tried his best at his college test but keeps failing, he thinks that fighting and his role as a digidestined its too much to bear on top of his College problem, Joes parnet Gomamon, starts picking on this and after a disagreement he leaves, Joe and Mimi meet by chance next to river, where they both talk about some issues they have encountered, having this way, a real heartfelt moment, both characters talk about something that happens to everyone, the barriers of life itself.

Joe has been on a personal battle to fit into an early adulthood, something that in many ways is demanded of each person in society, but this has put too much stress on him, which in return causes him to fail the more he tries, whereas Mimi has tried her best to make her ideas into reality only for her classmates to reject this and calling her selfish, this is yet another aspect of the process of growing up, having ideas and hopes doesnt always mean they come a reality, youll be faced with barriers the more you want to achieve, its up to each person to deal with them and surpass them.

Later in the movie, Joe finds Gomamon and tries to talk about why he left, Gomamon explains that hes felt Joes lack of desire to fight and tells him he doesnt want to be a burden anymore to Joe and the life he wants, Joe gets angry and tells him that he doesnt feel this fight should be his duty, that just cause of being given something doesnt mean he wants, the people that want to fight then do so, Gomamon tells him that much like Joe he doesnt want to fight either but he has to and he wont run away from it, Joe gets angry at the last comment as he was called a coward that is running away, now I ask you, if you had been given a duty, would you take it to the end or will you also see the many implications this has?

During a fight with a new enemy, Gomamon finds himself at the border of perishing, Hikari finds Joe and confronts him about what hes doing, she tells Joe a truth that I believe personally to be important for everyone, is it that important for you to have a reason to do something? Do you need reasons to fight for those who need it? Faced with this Joe confronts his fears and goes to help Gomamon, he arrives in time and with his now renewed look on things helps gomamon achieve a new level of evolution, as the other characters wtch this, Joe tells Mimi that its fine if she continues to be herself, that is fine by itself.

Mimi by hearing this cheers up and also helps her partner evolve into a new form, at the end of the fight one of the new characters digimon partner goes berserk and kills one allied digimon, this shocks everyone and the movie ends with a cliffhanger for the new one.

This second installment talks much more about the many aspects of growing up in society, responsibility of your life, what you encounter in life, and that the outlook you have of it, will shape how things turn out.

Now we are in the Third movie, Confession, the characters still a little rattled about the events of the last movie, find themselves still trying to figure things out about whats happening, they manage to find out theres a virus causing all of this, Joe and Mimi have found new strength and this changes how they interact with the others, this time however, its focus shifts to other 2 characters, Kojiro Izumi and Takaishi Takeru, each characters has a crest Symbol, that signifies their most special trait, Taichi is Courage, Yamato-Friendship, Hikari-Light, Takaishi-Hope, Joe-Honesty, Mimi-Purity, Sora-Love, Izumi-Knowledge, this shows in how they act and behave, their most special trait.

During the movie of Confession, Izumi finds himself in a bind as he cant figure out the cause of the virus or how to stop, he only knows it can reach any digital form or life, which makes him fear that their Digimon partners can be infected, Takaishi comes to visit the Digimon and Patamon asks him to take it with him, this causes all the other Digimon to also want to get out,TK agrees to this as before Patamon had a small burst of rage and bites him, he thinks this a miss with Patamon and he realizes the digimon is infected, he tells one of the new characters about this, but doesnt to others, once again, we face a new aspect of life, wether we tell the truth or not, simple concept you may think, thats something that is learnt early in life, but, much like any other facet of life, this isnt quite black and white,a truth that may have a big consequence at a personal level, or postpone it or lie about it, what will that acomplish on all sides of the coin.

Meantime, Kojiro grows even more frustrated at his lack of progress, lets take a look at this, as we progress through obstacles, theres always the moment when we reach a barrier that we cant seem to find an answer or solution for the problem, yet we always seem in a rush to fix, answer or solve problems, its always easy to get lost in the way trying to do any of that, we lose sight of the bigger picture and miss what could be an easy answer, when in life do we stop looking at many options and focus on just finding one, is it easier? Is it simpler?

owldge is working against him this time, and in doing so hes missing the chances to see the answer in front of him, its only until his Digimon partner Tentomon faces him and tells him, that lately he doesnt seem to be enjoying the search for knowldge, something he used to enjoy when he was a kid, Kojiro feels the weight of this, and tries to change his outlook hence finding a possible answer that was starring at him all along.

Meantime Takaishi is faced bi his brother Yamato about his weird behavior, once again we are presented with a chance to appreciate the value of a honest answer or lack there of, how we assume the moment of truth, Takaishi feels this and decides to not say the truth, cause he thinks thatll make the other characters get him to get rid of his partner, Meicoomon, the new digimon partner of the new character, Meiko, and the cause of the death in the previous movie, shows up again and starts attacking, Patamon tells TK that if hes to become evil, to destroy him, TK refuses this idea but is contacted about the attack and heads off, in the battle Kojiro has proposed an idea to save the date of their digimon but things dont go as expected when all digimon become infected and go berserk, this makes Kojiros partner Tentomon reach a new level of power to help the others, but its too late, the data is reset and their partners are lost.

Now with no Digimon with them, TK says he knoew of patamon but was afraid of what telling the truth about him wouldve done, we always wonder what wouldve happened had we done something different, said different, or thought different about something, it makes things worst as the thoughts of guilt and remorse, we see the characters of the movie, not consumed, but faced with the aftermath of a choice, the confession that couldve been made, the missed knowledge.

Moving a few days after, each character seems to be trying to move on with their lifes, but not Kojiro, hes still looking for ways to bring back or see their partners again, after getting rejected by the others, he seems to be giving up, but one afternoon, they all seem to coincide in going to the same place, Tai looks over the sky, and tells everyone that, if they wait, if they sit and wait for things to get solved, theyll end up becoming adults as well, this is a metaphor saying that while adults wait for answers and solutions, as young people they can choose to take action and change the situation.

TK talks to the new character Meiko, and tells her, that even if she knew her partner was the cause of the problem, its not about placing blame or finding guilty people, its about the actions they get to make, she in guilt yells that she should be blamed, lets take another look at this.

Most of our lives, or a good part of it, we will ourselves trying to look at things to blame for the things that happen, but very rarely we stop and thing that those actions may be a cause of us, and it should be us go get blamed, not someone else, if you are reading this far, you may say, but I do blame myself for my failure, and you might be right, not everyone decides to blame everything but themselves,but we are guilty of doing that in several ocassions of our live, it will always be dependent on the individual to face their choices or to blame it on someone else, or on the other hand, comes times when theres only a huge pressure of guilt, that we feel we should be blamed and punished for that accordingly, some situations are out of our control, we can only work with what is given to us, our choices, once again, will shape what that becomes.

At the end of the movie, the characters choose to go back to the digital world, where they find their reborn partners, but they have no memory of them.

I now ask, havent these movies try to talk to us, the ones who grew up and try and make sense of life as we go, this movies have not been anything but a love letter, a pat on the back and a “go on, its ok, youll find answers”.

The 4th movie will be titled Loss, has not been released yet, but so far, it seems to deal on the barrier of trying to get to know someone, the rejection that comes with it, and the obstacles that will happen.

My parents taught me about being frugal. There werent any overt lessons, just leading by example in their daily lives. They didnt do anything extravagantno big vacations, no fancy clothes, no new cars. In fact, my dad drove the same car throughout my entire childhood. He bought it brand new two years before I was born. I learned to drive on this vehicle, and it had something like 200,000 miles on it when it finally died. With so little financial education readily available, its no surprise that few people know how to manage their finances. So how do some people kill it, while others struggle? Here are 7 habits of financially successful people. The 7 Simple Habits of Financially Successful People1. They check their statements every month. Unless youre completely off the grid, you get statements from your various accounts every month. Whether available online or actual paper statements, you have access to a monthly accounting of whats going on in your finances. How often do you check them? My husband starts each day with a quick peek at the statements. Bank, credit cards, stock investments, etc. He tracks everything going into and out of each account, every single day. While this may seem excessive, he feels uncomfortable when he doesnt do it. He discovered ourcredit card number was stolen a few years ago when a weird charge showed up.We were able to shut down that card quickly, before it turned into a big problem. Keeping tabs on your accounts doesnt have to be a daily thing. Weekly or even monthly is finebut many peoplejust dont even bother to ever check it. At the time, I was married with no children. Both my husband and I worked and lived frugally, far below our means. But my friends were all single, living alone, and making far less than my husband and me. They felt they deserved these meals out and went out at least once a week to equally lavish restaurants, spending similar amounts on their meal. Every. Single. Week. They had no concept of their spending. They felt no compulsion to save any amount. They didnt invest. They werent conscious of their spending. Being financially successful doesnt mean you give up fun. It means you have a financial plan and you stick to it. You make saving for your future a priority, and you structure your life to reach your goals. If you arent currently financially savvy, start with one of these steps.
